Rental Conditions
- Payment of rent in advance
- Monthly, bi-weekly or weekly payments.
- Deposit 500€.
- In case of late payment of more than 3 days, the rental contract will be broken, the vehicle will be recovered afterwards.
- 3 months rental Minimum
Insurance
- All risk insurance for a fee.
- Only the renter is allowed to drive.
- Unauthorized lending of the vehicle (only the renter is insured).
- Unintentional damage: no costs to be advanced, report to be sent to us within the time limit.
- Damage involving your responsibility: a deductible of 1500€ will be charged to you.
- Damage with no identified third party: repair costs to be paid by the tenant or a deductible of 1500€ to be paid.
Fines
- All fines are to be paid by the tenant in accordance with the law.
- All tickets are mailed to the tenant's home.
Miscellaneous expenses
- Vehicle to be returned clean at the end of the rental, cleaning fees will be involved otherwise.
- No smoking in the vehicle, under penalty of fine.
